First use
ZMOKE 510 Carts need a separate compatible battery rated at 3.7 V or higher. Check the thread, physical fit, and supported output before pairing them. This is a hardware compatibility minimum, not an ideal operating setting.
Follow the instructions for your cartridge and battery together. A blanket “start at the lowest setting” rule can conflict with the cartridge's requirements. If the pairing or operating setting is unclear, ask the dispensary before use.
ZMOKE Disposables are draw-activated all-in-ones with a USB-C charging port. Use the charging instructions for that device; the port alone does not tell you the required power input or charging time.
Storage
Store vapes upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Follow the product label for any specific storage conditions. Do not leave the device in a hot car or use external heat to warm it.
Clogs
A blocked draw does not identify a single cause. Check the device's instructions and, for a separate cartridge, confirm that the battery pairing is compatible. Do not force the connection or insert objects into the airway.
Use a preheat or cleaning procedure only when the instructions for your exact device call for it. If the issue persists, stop using the device and ask the dispensary for product-specific guidance.
Burnt taste
Stop using a vape that tastes burnt. A taste change alone cannot tell you whether the cause is a setting, the oil, or the hardware. Check the instructions and contact the dispensary; increasing power or repeating preheat cycles is not a general fix.
